Privacy
The questionnaire does not require an account. Your answers and current progress are kept in this browser so an accidental refresh does not force you to start again.
Questionnaire progress stays in the tab session.
Submitted answers, the current question, and unfinished text
are stored in browser sessionStorage. This exists
only to restore progress after a refresh. Selecting Start over
replaces that progress with a blank questionnaire. Closing the
tab normally ends the session, although browser tab-restoration
features may preserve it.
Cloudflare delivers and protects the site.
Cloudflare hosts the static files, provides DNS and HTTPS, and protects the site. Like other hosting providers, it may process standard request and security information such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and request time.
Aggregate performance analytics may be collected.
Cloudflare's performance beacon may collect page-use and loading information. This site does not use advertising trackers or build profiles from questionnaire answers, and the answers are not intentionally passed to the analytics beacon.
External services have their own privacy practices.
Opening a veterinary resource or a share link sends a request to that provider. Share links contain only the public homepage address and fixed description. They never contain questionnaire answers, free-text observations, or the generated summary.

Veterinary organisations, Google, and social or messaging services control their own sites. Review their information before providing data to them.
